Intimate Backyard Wedding at Fixer to Fabulous's Welcome Inn
If you haven't seen HGTV's Fixer to Fabulous: Welcome Inn, you must! The Welcome Inn is a gorgeous historical home in Rogers, Arkansas was built in the 1870's and has been remodeled into a stunning inn. The home has so many modern and unique finishes while still retaining its historical charm. Dave and Jenny Mars really knocked it out of the park with this one! This home is absolutely PERFECT for an intimate backyard wedding. And if you're having a larger wedding in the Rogers area, this makes for a perfect weekend rental for rehearsal dinners, getting ready and post-wedding brunch! The idea of a backyard wedding with a family style reception sparked after seeing the property in person. So much room for activities! I got in touch with the inn and some incredible Northwest Arkansas vendors to put together a shoot that would allow couples to visualize having their own wedding/rehearsal dinner there. With the help of the amazing vendors, we put together a look that felt romantic and modern with some vintage touches. A play on what the inn feels like as you're walking through it. The ever so talented, Flower Slinger, got creative with grapes, pears and pearls for the tablescape. DREAMY. Pretty Old Stuff provided a beautiful vintage china and goblets that complimented the florals so well. Intimate backyard weddings are in right now, and I'm telling you, this is the place to have one!! We could not get over how beautifully this came together. You'd think the property was designed for moments like this! From the chicken coop to the bourbon room to the to the wine cellar, the photo ops and spaces to entertain are endless!
