Boho Spring Wedding at Osage House in Cave Springs, AR.

Where do I even begin with this wedding story? Not one detail was missed in the planning of Lindsay and Alex's wedding. I first met Lindsay over coffee in Downtown Rogers, right down the street from where she had been proposed to a few months before. We chatted about her and Alex's story, her vision of her wedding day and about how we had mutual connections that we hadn't even known about prior to meeting. Small world! After making things official, I photographed their engagement photos at Crystal Bridges on a cold rainy afternoon in November. Little did we know the engagement session weather was foreshadowing the weather of the actual wedding day!

These two high school sweethearts tied the knot on a rainy day in May at Osage House Hall and Chapel in Cave Springs, Arkansas. They opted for a spring boho themed wedding featuring lots of pinks, nudes and gold accents. The day came together beautifully with some of the best Northwest Arkansas Wedding Vendors. The ceremony and reception space were brought to life with floral design by Zuzu's. Osage House's white and modern chapel made for a beautifully bright ceremony even on such an overcast day. Lindsay and Alex walked down the aisle to a special live performance by talented local cellist, Cello by Austin. During the reception, guests had some yummy sweet treats including cotton candy from Lemon and Puff as well as coffee from Hello Honey coffee bar. I also had the pleasure of working alongside Wildbloom Films & had the best time with them!

The entire wedding day was filled with joy, happy tears and laughs! Lindsay and her bridal party kicked off the day with some fun trendy wedding tiktoks in their matching sunnies and pjs, meanwhile the boys played pool in the venue's man cave style groom's suite.

The bride and groom then shared an intimate first look and comforting words with each other. The couple exchanged vows in front of their closest friends and family during the ceremony. And yes. Tears were shed. They then danced the night away and ended the night with a fun sparkler send-off. Lindsay rocked her heart shaped glasses and custom denim jacket with her new last name as they rode away to catch some Z's before their Barbados honeymoon!

Q & A with the bride:

What do you love about your wedding venue?

I love the lighting, and blank canvas feel of the white everywhere. The chapel, and big reception area being right next to each other is amazing, and I LOVE the staircase in the hall.

What moment from your wedding day do you remember most strongly?

I remember stepping out of the bridal suite for a bit watching the reception hall get set up, by Lauren my coordinator and standing over the balcony taking it all in. All the decor, all the people there for me working so hard to make it perfect. The coffee cart, the alpha lit letters, the massive charcuterie board being build from my Pinterest board childhood dreams, the cotton candy cart, everything. I just soaked everything in this moment in my satin white feathered pajamas looking over the balcony as my girls were in the bridal suite getting prettied up!

What was the funnest moment of your wedding day? What was the funniest? What was the most special moment?

I loved getting thrown up in the air by the guys at the reception it was the most fun memory! Cotton candy with my girls and the heart shaped sunglasses was also a favorite cutie moment! The most special moment is a tie between the first look with my dad, and sitting at the head table with my hello honey iced coffee listening to my matrons of honor give the sweetest speeches.
